General Rules & Regulations
•All guests mush purchase a valid wristband
•Guests must adhere to lifeguard and CoCo Key staff instructions at ALL TIMES
•Appropriate and clean swimwear required
•NO cut-offs or swimwear with exposed metal zippers, buckles, rivets or loose strings
•CoCo Key reserves the right to remove/refuse admittance to any person failing to comply with rules
•Management reserves the right to change rules and regulations without notice
•Lifeguards enforce rules and respond to aquatic emergencies
•Parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for the safety and supervision of their children
•Must be 48" or taller to ride Barracuda Blast & Pelican Plunge. Must be 42" or taller to ride Shark Slam
•Maximum operational load on slides: 1 person, 300lbs. Single riders only
•Height and behavior rules are posted at each attraction for your safety
•Life jackets are available on a first-come basis and must remain within the Water Resort
•Rafts, flotation devices, snorkels and toys are prohibited
•NO glass or breakable items allowed
•NO outside food or beverages allowed
•Please shower BEFORE and AFTER using chlorinated attractions
•CoCo Key is an aquatic environment, be prepared to get wet *tickets are non-refundable

Are there changing areas and locker facilities available at CoCo Key?
There are changing areas complete with lockers and showers. Lockers are available to rent for a fee of $6 per day on a first-come, first-served basis.
If I am not swimming, do I have to purchase a pass to enter CoCo Key?
Yes, all guests that enter the Water Park must purchase and wear a valid wrist band due to capacity and safety reasons. The exception to this is children under the age of 23 months, which is addressed above.
At what age is a child required to have an adult chaperone?
Children 13 years or younger are required to have adult supervision. Teens 14 and older may enjoy CoCo Key unaccompanied by an adult.
I am staying in the hotel but I did not book a Water Resort Package, can I still use CoCo Key?
Yes, contact our front desk to purchase Water Resort passes when you arrive.
Do children under the age of 2 have to pay to use the Water Resort?
Children 23 months or YOUNGER have complimentary access to the water resort. Children 24 months or OLDER are required to purchase a day pass. All children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Complimentary life jackets are available and recommended for children under 48".
What is the reservation and cancellation policy at CoCo Key Water Resort?
Individual overnight package reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card to be considered confirmed. Reservations canceled withing 72 hour of the arrival date are non refundable. For Water park Group and Birthday Party Package reservations and cancellations, please contact our group sales department at 978.602.1948. Individual Day Passes are non refundable once purchased.
What are check in and check out hours for the hotel?
Check in time is guaranteed any time after 4:00pm. Water Park guests may use the Water Park and changing facilities on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11:00am. Departing Water Park guests are welcome to make complete use of Coco Key and changing facilities until the Water Park closes on the day of their departure, but guests must vacate their guest room by 11:00am on their scheduled departure date. Please be advised that a late check out fee will be assessed after 11:00am.
What is your inclement weather policy?
CoCo Key Water Resort takes the safety of our guests very seriously. As a result, we follow specific guidelines regarding inclement weather. During periods of inclement weather, some or all of our attractions may cease operation temporarily, including outdoor attractions and indoor attractions which may be affected by lightning. In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down, CoCo Key will make every effort to re-open as soon as conditions permit safe operation. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
Are towels provided at CoCo Key Water Resort?
Guests are advised to bring their own towels from home. CoCo Key does not provide towels to day pass guests. Souvenir CoCo Key Logo towels are also for sale in our gift shop.
Is there a dress code?
Inside the resort, guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must wear a lined swimming suit. Resort attire is appropriate when inside CoCo Key otherwise. Outside of the Water Resort, including the arcade, lobby areas, common areas and the hotel, shirt, shoes and shorts/pants are required.

Is there food available for purchase inside of the Water Resort?
CoCo Key Water Resort has plenty of delicious dining options located within the park and hotel.
Serving All-American favorites, A&W features world-famous hot dogs, fries and their classic Root Beer Float.
Pizza Hut Express offers familiar favorites including pepperoni and cheese. Don't forget the bread-sticks!
Gator's Grab & Go offers healthy options for your day in the waves. Grab a sandwich, salad or healthy drink and go!
Wet Rooster Bar is fully stocked with options for adults and kids. Enjoy a smoothie, cocktail or other tropical beverage and light snack a the Wet Rooster.

How do I request a donation from CoCo Key?
Coco Key Water Resort is committed to helping Fitchburg community organizations, particularly those that benefit children. Each year, our company allocates a budget to support community activities through contributions. If your organization would like to request a donation, please fill out our donation request form.
Are your lifeguards certified?
Yes, our professional lifeguard staff is certified by J. Ellis & Associates. They have been trained with a comprehensive program specifically designed for Water Parks. For more information on our certification specific to CoCo Key Fitchburg, please contact our Water Resort Director.
